What is Aito Forge?
Aito Forge is Aito's internal innovation engine - built to turn ideas into tangible advancements. It develops new concepts and improves existing ones to support Aito’s long-term strategy:

- It draws from Aito’s deep pool of talent and insight – and welcomes perspectives from outside our walls.

Meet Our Head of Aito Forge
Harry Grönmark
Harry Grönmark leads Aito Forge, Aito Ventures' in-house development lab, drawing on a rare combination of industrial design expertise and deep, hands-on understanding of the renovation industry.
With a background in designing products, mechanics, and concepts – and years of experience leading Aito’s operational, technical, and installation functions – Harry brings together creative vision and practical execution like few others can.
Before taking the helm at Aito Forge, Harry served as Head of Installations, led Aito's electrical renovation business, and operated as Chief Operating Officer and CEO. In each role, he was drawn to development work - building systems, refining processes, and shaping culture. At Aito Forge, he now dedicates his full energy to forging potential into progress.
Harry is an idealist who thrives on incomplete ideas - shaping what’s raw into something real, one layer at a time. A generalist with a relentless curiosity, he believes that true innovation comes from combining existing elements in new ways. His unique strength lies in his ability to visualize complex structures in multiple dimensions, whether they’re physical objects or abstract models like organizational frameworks.
